2 FILL IN THE QUESTIONNAIRE
We will send you some questions in regards to the room and also your style in readiness for the 1:1 briefing day.
3 WE WILL MEET WITH YOU FOR YOUR INITIAL CONSULTATION
Once we receive the questionnaire back, one of our designers will contact you to organise a suitable day for the 1:1 Initial consultation and briefing stage.
We can either visit the space (only for Berkshire and London residents) or video-call you.
Please note if you would like your designer to take the measurements of the room we will need to visit the space for the Initial Consultation.
4 WORKING WITH YOUR OWN DESIGNER​

You will be assigned your own professional Interior Designer who will create stunning mood boards, colour schemes, furniture layout and design concepts for your approval. Once the initial concept is approved the designer will move onto the Mood Board and final design. You will be informed regularly of any developments.
5 WANT TO CHANGE SOMETHING?
We want you to be 100% happy and satisfied with your design. Sometimes this means we may need to do some changes until we get it just right. We understand. This is why we provide you with 2 reviews during the design process and 2 weeks support post- design delivery.
6 YOUR DESIGN PACKAGE ARRIVES
Once you've approved the design, you will receive in your inbox the full package you selected. Leading time is normally 1 - 2 weeks, pending on the complexity of the design and times required by the client for approval. We also offer 2 weeks of support after delivering your design.
