This great three-bed mid-terrace house hadn't been updated for decades.  When we visited the house we were excited to see all the potential the property offered. The project's brief was to develop a family-friendly open plan. The buyers were doing a small extension at the back of the property and wanted us to include it as part of the open plan living/kitchen/dining.
